Ibán Yarza

A journalist and translator by training, Ibán Yarza is one of the leading figures in the artisan bread scene in Spain, thanks to his work in books, TV programs, and media appearances.

He is the author of Spain’s best-selling bread book (Homemade Bread), the reference work on traditional bread in Spain (Village Bread), and the most comprehensive manual for baking Spanish bread at home (100 Village Bread Recipes). He has translated essential works on bread, including Bread by Jeffrey Hamelman, Tartine Bread by Chad Robertson, and Handmade by Dan Lepard, among others.He currently divides his time between courses and collaborations in Spain and the Americas.
