Panfest opens its doors to the people of Zamora on its public day, offering a Gastronomic Fair where bread will take centre stage.
On Sunday, the congress will hold a public event in Zamora’s Plaza Mayor, where several local restaurants will gather to offer tastings. All of the recipes are for hearty stews that are best enjoyed with good bread for dipping.
